The five-axis laser rotary cutting and drilling machine, equipped with a femtosecond laser and a self-developed laser rotary cutting and drilling system, can drill holes with large pit-depth-to-diameter ratios (≥15:1) and with positive/negative or zero taper. This machine is ideal for high-precision drilling in 3C electronics, molds, automotive, and scientific research fields. Compatible materials include super-hard materials, ceramics, metals, and composites.
