Laser
The use of ultrafast laser source, combined with high-speed rotating grinding spindle, is unique in the processing contour, processing accuracy, processing efficiency, processing quality and use stability of the outer circle and spline curve of superhard materials.
System
The laser grinder uses high-end CNC system , which can realize five-axis linkage function. The spindle interface is HSK-E40, and the repeated positioning accuracy reaches 2 μm, which can realize high-speed and high-precision processing.
Efficiency&Precision
For processing superhard materials such as diamond and CBN, the efficiency is more than 20 times that of traditional grinders, with a roughness of less than 0.1 μm and a profile of less than 10 μm.
Stablize
PCD & carbide composites can achieve consistent size and roughness under the same processing conditions.
